Planning your first visit? We can't wait to meet you. Sunday services at Gateway Life Church start at 10am at 2 Denchs Road, Rangiora, and you'll be greeted at the door by people who are genuinely glad you came. Come as you are, since there's no dress code, no expectations, and no one will put you on the spot. You'll find heartfelt worship, prayer, and clear teaching from the Bible, with Children's Church running for the young ones so the whole family has a place. Stay for a cuppa afterwards and get to know us. However you arrive, you'll leave knowing you belong here.

The first time anywhere can be an adventure, but don’t worry, we have your back! Our greeters are ready to meet you at the door, help you find your place, and answer any questions along the way.
Stay for a Cuppa
After the service, stick around and join us for fresh hot drinks and a biscuit. Some weeks there's something a little more special too. It's a relaxed time of fellowship where the whole congregation gathers to catch up, share a laugh and get to know one another. Everyone is welcome, whether it's your first Sunday or your hundredth. Grab a cup and come and say hello, because we'd love to meet you.
What to Expect
What Should I Wear?
Whatever you're comfortable in. You'll see everything from jeans and jandals to Sunday best, and nobody minds either way. Come as you are.
Where Should I Park?
There's free parking on site at the church, with extra street parking along Denchs Road. If you need a park close to the door, just let us know and we'll help.
Do I need to Check in?
No need to register or sign in. Just walk in and one of our welcome team will say hello. If you have children heading to Children's Church, let the team know when you arrive and they'll show you where everything is.
Is Childcare Provided?
Yes. Children's Church begins after praise and worship at around 10:30am, with Bible stories, songs and activities led by a caring and trusted team. For babies and toddlers, a mothers' room is available throughout the service.
Do Students Meet on Sundays?
Students are welcome to join the Sunday service with everyone. Students are also part of our Thursday Home Group, where people of every age learn from the Word and share life together.
Do You Meet Any During the Week?
Yes. Home Group meets every Thursday at church for students, singles, families and seniors to study the Bible, share and pray together. The men also meet once a month for Men's Breakfast, and the women gather throughout the year for events like our annual Spring Tea. Check our events page for what's coming up.
